1. End of the year Clean Up:
Please follow the closing bulletin to prepare materials and classrooms for the summer. Rooms will need to be prepped for cleaning to occur. See Sergio of you have questions about leaving the rooms ready.
2. Playground Equipment Collection:
We are collecting all playground equipment on Tuesday, June 3 before brunch. All equipment need to be turned in to the ballroom so we can inventory and order appropriate equipment for the new year. Equipment will bedistributed at the beginning of next school year.
3. School Experience Survey:
The deadline to submit the school survey has been extended till June 4. Completion results are being monitored towards reachign our School Performance Meter Goals. Please complete it if you havenít already. http://schoolsurvey.lausd.net/.
4. Extra Hours:
The campus will be open from 8:30-12:30pm on Saturday, May 31 for any teachers wanting to plan or work in their classrooms. Please make sure you leave by 12:30 so the school can be securely closed.
5. School Closets:
School closets are being cleaned out. If you have any equiopment or supplies in a public closet please collect it otherwise it will be thrown out.
6. The Science Closet:
The Science Closet near the boys bathrrom and near room 7 will also be cleaned out. Please lable your science kit if you have one so that it doesnít get thrown out with the old kits. See Ms. Arriaga or Ms. Filippelli for access.
Bins are being inventoried for equitable distribution. If youíve been asked to clean out or prepare a bin please have it ready by the end of the week and notify Ms. Arriaga when itís ready. Anything left behind will be thrown out.
ELD Instruction should be 45-60 minutes daily depending on ELD levels.
All attendance notes need to be cleared timely. If you are not able to clear an absence because three days have past then please send up the notice to the office to clearitimmediately. Whenyou hold on to them and send them up in bulk it takes too much time for office staff to complete and keep updated. Send them up as you get them. Thanks!
