1. Teacher Verification:
Please review your personal information using the certificated staff roster with Ms. Bocanegra. More inormation on the annual Certificated Verification Staff Roster was boxed.

2. ELA Interim Assessment:
Please turn in your results/scores from the ELA assessment to Ms. Filippelli. These are kept in house, but we want to establish school baselines.

3. Math Assessments:
Math IA for IB2 has been posted.

4. Report Cards and MiSiS:
The report card window is open. There are still a few glitches with the MiSiS system regarding ELD grades. Please enter what grades you can. Once those issues have been resolved, we will let you know so you can go back and enter the ELD grades.

5. Grade Levels:
Please continue to discuss and plan with your grade level our two commitments after Monday’s meeting.

  • Developing Teacher Led Workshops or CCSS Night/event
  • Beginning Instructional Rounds/Visits
  • Please update Mr. Martinez with grade level progressions on these two commitments.

BUCKET FILLERS: Big Thanks to the following. . .

  • Thank you, Ms. Paulson, for being one of the volunteers for the Math Talks demonstration during the PD on Tuesday!
  • Thank you 3-5th Grade teachers for traveling to Hubbard for Bank Time.
  • Thank you Ms. Palomera, Ms. Sharon, and Ms. Pena for stamping the thousands of raffle tickets.
  • Thank you Supervision Aides for keeping K-1 students safe with less supervision personnel.

    ELD Instruction:
ELD Instruction should be 45-60 minutes daily depending on ELD levels.

All attendance notes need to be cleared timely. If you are not able to clear an absence because three days have past then please send up the notice to the office to clearitimmediately. Whenyou hold on to them and send them up in bulk it takes too much time for office staff to complete and keep updated. Send them up as you get them. Thanks!

    Positive Behavior Support:
Please work on your rules, consequences and rewards. Children must be clear and understand exactly what the expectations are.

  • Be Responsible
  • Be Respectful
